HealthLink understands that there are many unique environments for which it must be able to perform remote support. For this reason we provide remote support via either the LogMeIn Rescue or TeamViewer QuickSupport single session remote support tools. Both remote support tools utilise a small piece of software that allows support staff to connect quickly and efficiently to a practice’s computer in a secure one to one connection to help resolve any problems a practice may be experiencing.
Depending on your practice’s network environment you will be guided by your technician as to which remote support tool to use. Once the technician has competed resolving the issue and the session has been ended, the Technician cannot re-connect to your computer system. This ensures the safety and security of your system.
